Abstrak

Individu dengan gangguan Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD) menghadapi tantangan dalam kognisi sosial, sehingga teknologi imersif seperti Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), AI, dan robotika sosial menjadi solusi yang inovatif. Dynamic Interactive Social Cognition Training in Virtual Reality (DiSCoVR) menawarkan pendekatan yang interaktif untuk meningkatkan kognisi sosial melalui simulasi lingkungan yang realistis dan terkontrol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas DiSCoVR dibandingkan dengan intervensi non-VR dan teknologi lain (AR, AI, robotika) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kognisi sosial pada individu dengan ASD. Penelitian ini menggunakan tinjauan sistematis dengan menggunakan model PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) untuk memastikan artikel yang dianalisis memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Dari 2.633 artikel yang diidentifikasi, 23 artikel memenuhi kriteria. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa DiSCoVR memiliki potensi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kognisi sosial dibandingkan dengan intervensi tradisional. Dari 23 artikel yang disertakan, 15 melaporkan temuan yang mendukung manfaat intervensi atau teknologi yang dievaluasi, sedangkan delapan lainnya menunjukkan hasil campuran, tidak menemukan efek yang signifikan, atau tidak mengevaluasi efektivitas secara langsung. Secara keseluruahan, temuan menunjukkan bahwa efektivitasnya bervariasi tergantung pada durasi pelatihan dan karakteristik individu dengan ASD. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya pendekatan yang dipersonalisasi dan di integrasi dengan teknologi dalam terapi pada individu dengan gangguan ASD. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut untuk DiSCoVR agar dapat diterapkan pada kasus klinis yang lainnya.
